Case Studies

At Global Copywriting, a case study is a two to three page document that describes a customer’s successful experience with a product, service or company. The study details four distinct areas:

  • Details about the featured customer
  • The problem facing the customer
  • The solution provided 
  • The results of implementing the solution

The case study will include information on implementing the solution, impact on staff, cost of ownership statistics, and training considerations. Each case study is carefully crafted to feature the customer and the product or service in the most favourable light.

Sometimes called Customer-Success Stories, a key ingredient to every study is an in-depth interview with the featured customer. A well-crafted case study removes the need for repeated requests for reference information from your best clients alleviating the burden put on clients when we ask them to endorse us.
